Every time I think of this young lady, I'm reminded of those fantastic celebrations after her short and free programmes at the 2000 European Championships. Then the Hungarian No.3, she skated well above herself, and arguably better than her compatriots Diana Poth, and Julia Sebestyen.

Last year, there was more pressure and expectation, not only because of the previous year's performance, but she also became the Hungarian national Champion. To be honest, I wasn't surprised that the extra pressure and responsibility somewhat hindered her performances, but did notice a step up in maturity in skating to the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto, and in using a big combination (triple toe-triple Loop) in her short program.

What for this season?
Let's hope for the best!!
